My knowledge was there. Nobody could find it.

Dozens of blog articles, service pages, expertise. But visitors couldn't find what they were looking for. So I built an AI assistant: European servers, own database, available around the clock.

Your Knowledge Lies Dormant

You write blog articles, document your expertise, build page after page. And then... nothing happens. Visitors scroll past, click through menus, give up. The knowledge is there. The access is missing.

You know a chatbot could change that. But then you look closer: most providers route your data through US servers. OpenAI, Google, Amazon. And suddenly the solution becomes a new problem.

GDPR or AI. As if those were the only two options.

I chose a third one.

AI That Stays in Europe

I built a chatbot that runs entirely on European infrastructure. Mistral as the language model, a European company based in Paris. My own database on servers in Germany. No detours through US data centers.

When someone asks a question on my website, the system searches all my content, finds the relevant passages, and formulates an answer with source references. All in real time.

No OpenAI. No AWS. No Google Cloud. From the first step to the finished answer, everything stays in Europe.

The result is the chatbot you see on this website. It answers questions around the clock, with links to sources and cross-references between articles.

Your Knowledge, Your Control

You know the worry: what if the AI claims something that isn't true? With this system, that doesn't happen. The chatbot exclusively draws on content that I wrote and published myself. Every answer is grounded in real content. No hallucinations, no fabricated facts.

I shape what the bot knows and how it answers. The AI makes this knowledge accessible, around the clock. But the responsibility for content stays where it belongs: with me.

The AI doesn't invent anything. It makes your existing knowledge accessible.

The Lever: Knowledge In, Answers Out

The real strength shows at two points.

Feed Knowledge

Blog articles, service pages, frequently asked questions: new content is automatically available to the chatbot. No manual maintenance, no tagging, no effort.

Answer Instantly

Visitors ask a question in natural language and get a well-founded answer with links to the relevant articles. Connections they would never have noticed while browsing are made automatically.

The real lever is availability. The chatbot answers on Sunday at 3 AM just as reliably as on Monday at 10. A static website becomes a knowledge base that holds conversations.

The Result

100%

GDPR compliant

24/7

available, no staffing costs

0 data

leaves Europe

The chatbot answers questions that visitors would never have asked otherwise. Because they didn't know the answer was on this website. With source links to the relevant articles, around the clock.

And the most important part: no data leaves Europe. Not the question, not the search, not the answer. That's not a marketing claim. That's architecture.

GDPR compliance is not giving up on innovation. It's the decision to build innovation on your own foundation.

Your Own RAG Chatbot?

Imagine your customers could ask questions anytime and get well-founded answers based on your knowledge. Without you having to sit at the computer. Without your data leaving Europe.

Whether customer support, internal knowledge management, or a public FAQ bot: the architecture adapts, from solo businesses to mid-sized companies.

If you want to make your knowledge accessible without giving it away: let's find out what that could look like for you.
